Inspections are not just simply writing down a punch list.  Professional Inspectors spend hours concentrating on areas often unseen or overlooked by city inspectors and the Builder's third party inspector.  All of the pictures below were taken within just a few days of scheduled closing.

At CenTex Preferred Inspections we will find mistakes and omissions no matter what the Builder promises they do, or how many people they say inspect for them... Period! City of Austin inspectors are using the 2000 IRC code to inspect the builders. The Texas Residential Construction Commission has issued performance standards the builders must perform to, and the IRC is supposed to be the minimum standard!!!! not the ultimate goal.
