Ben Sutterfield

Ben Sutterfield, owner of CenTex Preferred Inspections, PLLC, has been one of the preferred Real Estate home inspectors in the Austin metro area for several years. He has won every first place award in new construction of a “Parade of Homes” [except landscaping]; is the only home inspector or home builder from Texas to judge the Texas Star Awards; has judged custom home builder contests in other states; regularly has other inspectors call for advise and opinions on new construction inspections; and Ben has openly shared his knowledge of new home construction with inspector-trainees.

Ben sets himself apart from most inspectors with his ability to easily communicate complex findings in lay person terms. His understanding of home building components and his ability to communicate sometimes negative findings in easily understood reports and discussions with his clients, creates an added value to his inspections.
